Michael Thomas - President & CEO

Mr. Thomas has excelled in the construction industry for over 35 years.

His achievements have ranged from Central Division Sales Manager of Diamond International Corporation, the worlds largest lumber and building material supplier, to the construction industry as a Project Management, then to Director of Construction, V.P. of Urban Operations and C.O.O. all resulting in of over 25,500 multi-family and residential units, including several million square feet of commercial space.

His expertise in the design and development of numerous multi-family and commercial projects, along with working with various municipalities and consultants, has resulted in the entitlement approval process of numerous projects in 6 southwestern states. In addition his experience has allowed him to be extremely accomplished when working with investors and lenders from land acquisition, to construction, finally to the permanent financing requirements.

John Kakol – VP of Construction - QE

Mr. Kakol has over twenty-five years of commercial multi-family development and construction experience and has built thirty-four luxury multi-family projects totaling over 10,000 units in Nevada, Oregon and Arizona. He is skilled at pre-construction planning, plan review, contracting, field operations management, office management and customer service; and is an excellent liaison with owners, engineers, architects, building officials and subcontractors. Mr. Kakol graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in construction management.

Judy Rusch - Controller

Judy has worked in the accounting field for over 20 years. She has an extensive background in construction accounting. She was part of the management team at DR Horton, a national homebuilder and major player in the Las Vegas area. Judy is precise with the recording of all company activity. This ensures proper reporting and strong financial statements that in turn lead to the sound financial decisions that PCD Holdings and its companies make today.

Sean C. Burke - General Superintendent

Mr. Burke has 18 years of experience in building multi-family residential communities. His experience spans the southwestern states of Arizona, California and Nevada where he has been directly involved in all aspects of field operations including the development of seventeen multi-family communities consisting of over 5,000 luxury apartments and condominiums. He is an integral part of the coordination effort that it takes to turn undeveloped land into a livable community for hundreds of families.
